The concept of Tripti was arrived at with a thought of 30 homes in a community, projected over four floors. Hence, we have enough distance between each of the flats. This ensures high ventilation and lighting even in the 1st floor apartments. Also the traffic from each block is regulated. The lift opens to only two apartments or four apartments per floor.

Tripti boasts of a beautifully landscaped walkway in the midst of soothing trees and pleasing aesthetics. The landscaped walkway meanders around a badminton court, which can be converted to an open air seating area for functions.
